My name is Bob Gaskill and I am a photography enthusiast and as you may have guessed, I am also a dad with four kids in sports, band and theater.

The black and white cover photo is a self-portrait of this Mr.Gaskill taken for a High School photo class in 1983 (yes all, I am that old..). It is still pretty cool and is one of only a few pictures of me that has survived the 40-ish years since high school.

Between then and today, I have often found myself with a camera in my hands to take photos of others. It seemed that finding light and framing a shot always came natural to me. Eventually, after decades of wanting a really nice camera, I bought a Canon 7DmkII about 8 years ago. The soccer picture of my daughter Abby, is among the first day photos I took with it.

Today, I shoot with a variety of professional level Canon cameras including their latest mirrorless R5 and lenses to cover events and team sports in a variety of venues and competition levels year-round. It brings me great joy to provide quality photos to families that they will display and have for years to bring back memories of their time and in their places where they performed and excelled.

So what can I photograph for you? Because photography has many forms and uses, always ask if you think you would like something photographed. It is the variety of subjects that keep the passion of photography alive. From the personal to industrial and from the practical to the whimsy we are limited only by our creativity…
